Usage Method:
1. Insert blue handle into the arflow hole
2. Place mouth guard in 70°C- 90°C hot water for 12 to 15 seconds
3. Cool it for 1 to 3 seconds, and then put into the mouth (Make sure it's the right side up)
4. Move your lower jaw forward and bite down hard, and press it against your teeth until you get a tight-fitting guard.
5.Remove after 15 to 25 seconds. Put it in cold water for 20 seconds to solidify.
